Prior to forming TAP, Mr. Tabet1,2 was Vice Chairman of Technology, Media, and Telecom Banking at UBS Investment Bank, based in New York. Mr. Tabet also acted as Joint Global Head of the UBS Telecommunications Group starting in 2006. Mr. Tabet began his career at the Republic New York Corporation, where he worked as the Assistant Treasurer until 1989. He joined Dillon Read in 1989 as an Investment Banking Associate. During his career, Mr. Tabet had senior client responsibility for a number of major corporations including AT&T, Qwest, Sprint and Verizon. He has played a key role in a number of transactions including the $70 billion formation of Verizon Wireless with Vodafone AirTouch, the formation of Sprint PCS, the $13 billion Debt Exchange offer by Qwest, the $1.2 billion IPO of Infonet, followed by its sale to BT, and the $43 million IPO of Activision.

Mr. Tabet is fluent in both French and Arabic, and speaks conversational Spanish. He graduated summa cum laude and phi beta kappa from Georgetown University in 1983 with a degree in Economics and received an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1987. Mr. Tabet is on the Board of Directors of Citco and Action Against Hunger USA.


F DAVIS TERRY JR, FOUNDING PARTNER

Prior to forming TAP, Mr. Terry1,2 was Managing Director and Global Co-Chairman of Telecommunications Banking at UBS Investment Bank, based in New York. Mr. Terry also acted as Joint Global Head of the UBS Telecommunications Group from 2000 to 2005. Mr. Terry began his career at Dillon, Read & Co. Inc., where he worked from 1979 to 1997. He joined Dillon Read as an Associate in Investment Banking and spent the last eight years there as a Managing Director. While there, he established and headed the firm’s Telecommunications and Media practice. In 1997, Dillon Read was sold to the predecessor of UBS, where Mr. Terry worked until April 2009. During his career, Mr. Terry has had senior client responsibility for a number of major corporations, including Sprint, Verizon, Embarq, NextWave, RJR Nabisco, Honeywell and the H.J. Heinz Company. He has had key roles on a number of transactions, including a $24 billion bridge loan for Verizon Wireless, the IPO of GVT, the sale of Alamosa PCS to Sprint Nextel and the announced merger of Sprint and Worldcom.

Mr. Terry graduated from Yale College in 1976 with a degree in history and received an MBA from the Wharton School in 1979.


DAVID G LOWHAM, PARTNER

Prior to joining TAP, Mr. Lowham1,2 was an Executive Director in the Telecommunications Group at UBS Investment Bank, based in New York. Prior to joining UBS, Mr. Lowham was in the Technology Group at Credit Suisse and Media and Telecommunications Group at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette. Prior to business school, Mr. Lowham was an Analyst at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin and Vice President at Greenwich Partners. During his career, Mr. Lowham had senior client responsibility for the Tower and Hosting sectors, as well as Qwest and Level 3 Communications. He has played a key role in a number of transactions for Qwest, Sprint, T-Mobile USA, DuPont Fabros, Equinix, TowerCo and Unison.

Mr. Lowham graduated summa cum laude from California State University, Northridge in 1992 with a degree in finance and received an MBA from Columbia Business School in 1998.
